〇Successful examinees or prospective successful examinees of "SSW Nursing Care Skills Evaluation Test" 〇At least JLPT N4 〇Successful examinees or prospective successful examinees of "Nursing care Japanese Language Test"

○Deformed working hours system（1month）①7:00～16:00 ②10:30～19:30 ③16:00～10:00 ④8:30～17:30（Day service）※①～④shift, ③Night shift break time: 0:00～2:00 ○Break time 60mins

○Base salary: Monthly salary 145,010 yen～170,00 yen ○Night shift allowance: 20,000 yen～32,000 yen (approx. 5~8times / month, 4,000 yen / night) Overtime payment: 5,531 yen～12,500 yen (approximately 5 to 10 hours a month) ○Commutation allowance: Max 20,000 yen, actual cost will borne by us *In addition, pay the qualification allowance of 1,500yen～5,000yen and 4,350 yen～5,100 yen of the adjustment allowance (1～3% of base salary) to the person who have acquired the qualifications required by the company
